BILINGUAL SERVICE ADVISOR I-TRAINEE
Nashville Electric Service is currently seeking customer service professionals for our fast paced utility call center. The primary purpose of this position is to communicate effectively with customers to establish electric service, answer questions and resolve complaints. Subject to 24-hour call and shift work.
- Six months of experience in a high volume call center assisting customers with requests, services, billing, pay options and other company programs is required.
- Must attain a satisfactory score on applicable job related examination(s).
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong customer relations and computer skills
